Although all of our products always please the customers with fast and effective results, there can be times when you want to refund or exchange the item. Some of the conditions to follow for initiating refund and exchange requests are

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Keep the invoice when requesting the return or exchange.
Refunds
If your return meets the above conditions and the returned product passes the inspection process, then the full refund will be issued to your original or preferred payment method.

The delivery fee will not be returned unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, it’ll be on our end, so you don’t need to worry about it. Just reach out to us within 48 hours and provide us the order number with pictures and videos showing the issue. Our team will verify the problem and guide you through the next process.
